This Privacy Policy describes how PAIRON PR LLC (“Pair On”) collects, uses, and shares
personal information through its Web Platform (“Platform”), which includes our website,
www.pairon.co , the web application, and/or the mobile application. It also outlines the options
available to Users regarding their personal information. Pair On’s goal is to facilitate connections
between businesses and influencers. Through the platform, businesses can offer their services to
influencers in exchange for the creation and distribution of content related to these Campaigns on
the influencers’ social networks. Users, including both businesses and influencers, can create
profiles, find potential matches, and communicate seamlessly within the platform. For more

Pair On values your privacy and is dedicated to protecting User privacy rights. It’s important to
understand that:

AGREE, USER IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM. IN

A. WHAT INFORMATION PAIR ON COLLECTS AND HOW
Pair On collects and processes User information to enhance the Platform’s experience while
prioritizing privacy and confidentiality. Pair On limits the collection of personal data to what is
essential for the Platform’s functionality, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Pair On may
also combine your submitted information with data from other Pair On services or third parties to
improve your experience and the Platform. Below is a detailed, but not exhaustive, description of
the types of information Pair On may collect:
- Information Pair On obtains from Users:
a. Full name
b. Legal entity name (if applicable)
c. Email address
d. Password
e. Phone number
f. Location
g. Zip code
h. Profile picture
i. A copy or photo of an identification (preferably a driver’s license)
j. Photo of the Business (if applicable)
k. Logo of the legal entity (if applicable)
l. Any other information deemed necessary for the Platform to function
Users are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities that occur
under their account. Users should notify Pair On immediately of any unauthorized use of
their username or password or any other security breach. Pair On is not responsible for
Users’ failure to fulfill this obligation. - Information Pair On obtains from Users’ use of the Platform:
a. User preferences and activity, such as user accounts viewed, time spent on the
Platform, and features used
b. Photos to identify Users or their business, which may be obtained by accessing
your camera or photo album
c. Booking history and transaction details - Information Pair On obtains from Users’ device:
a. Device-specific information, including hardware model, operating system,
application language, unique device identifier (e.g., MAC address, IP address),
crash reports, and device number - Information Pair On obtains from User’s login:
a. Login credentials and Internet protocol address
B. Server logs that may include Users’ requests, IP address, application language,
date and time of your request, and cookies that uniquely identify your mobile
device and preferences

a. Exact location data as required for service provision.
b. Location data collected for transaction history and claims purposes; any changes
in its use for commercial purposes will be communicated and included in an
updated privacy policy - Financial Information:
a. Credit/debit card information is neither stored nor processed by us; instead, it is
handled exclusively through Stripe’s services, which comply with all required
certifications and accreditations for secure payment processing. For more

a. History of booked campaigns between Users, including detailed information
about each booking
b. Personal information and booking history may be retained even after account
cancellation to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud,
enforce agreements, and for other business purposes - User communications:
a. Emails or other communications sent to Pair On may be retained to process
inquiries, respond to requests, and improve Pair On’s services
B. HOW PAIR ON USES OR MAY USE THAT INFORMATION
Pair On uses the information collected from all Users as aggregate data (which does not directly
identify Users) to provide, maintain, protect, and enhance the Platform and User experience. Pair
On may also use this information for the following purposes: - Sending targeted commercial communications about the Platform
- Conducting audits, research, and analysis to maintain, protect, and improve the Platform
- Ensuring the technical operation of Pair On’s network
- Ensuring compliance during User chat messages
- Providing confirmations and updates
- Managing User accounts and communicating with Users
- Responding to User questions and comments
- Improving the User experience with the Platform
- Resolving disputes, collecting fees, or resolving problems
- Preventing illegal or potentially illegal activities
- Enforcing Pair On’s Terms and Conditions
- Complying with laws and regulations
Pair On reserves the right to disclose aggregate information to external partners or third parties in
the future.
C. WITH WHOM PAIR ON MAY SHARE THAT INFORMATION
If Pair On decides to share information with external partners or third parties, such as advertisers,
merchants, partners, or investors, Pair On will only disclose aggregate data as outlined in this
Privacy Policy. Pair On may also disclose information to comply with laws, regulations, legal
processes, enforceable governmental requests, or to protect the safety of any person. This
includes responding to court orders, subpoenas, and law enforcement requests. In special cases,
Pair On may disclose information if it believes it is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal
action against someone causing harm or interference with its rights or property. Additionally,
Pair On may share Users’ personal information in connection with a corporate transaction, such
as a sale, merger, consolidation, partnership, or in the event of bankruptcy. Pair On reserves the
right to use the provided information for any legitimate purpose it sees fit.
D. HOW THE PLATFORM SHARES INFORMATION
A User’s personal information will be accessible to other Users only as necessary for the
Platform to function properly. Influencers and businesses may share their information with other
Users and therefore have each other’s personal information. User profiles will be available to
others based on their privacy settings. A User’s Username will be visible to Pair On and to any
recipient of messages sent through the Platform. However, Pair On does not control how Users
may use or disclose their personal information. Therefore, Pair On recommends that Users
exercise caution when using the Platform. Users may contact each other to obtain additional
information, facilitate bookings, or respond to comments or reviews.
E. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Pair On employs commercially reasonable security measures and internal data security practices
to safeguard User information. User data is stored on servers outside Puerto Rico, and our
systems are regularly monitored and reviewed for vulnerabilities and attacks to keep our security
protocols updated. Access to personal information is restricted to Pair On employees,
contractors, and agents under strict confidentiality and security measures. Despite Pair On’s
efforts to protect personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and prevent loss,
misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data, these measures are not infallible, and
Pair On will not be liable for any damages resulting from security breaches. In the event of a
significant security breach or system vulnerability, Pair On may suspend services without prior
notice. Pair On complies with the Citizen Information Security Law, Law 111 of 2005, and will
notify Users of any security breaches as required by this law. Personal information is retained
only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
Pair On takes necessary precautions to protect your information, even if the laws of your country
are more stringent than those in the United States. Pair On may take any action authorized by law
to investigate or respond to illegal activities, defend our rights, property, or safety, and protect
our customers, merchants, or others. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and
processing of your information in the United States.
F. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Pair On is available only to Users over 21 years old, as defined by Puerto Rican law. If you are
under 21, you are not authorized to use this site or submit any information. Pair On complies
with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 USC 6501-05, and does not
knowingly collect or use personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you are under
13, you cannot use Pair On and should not send us any information about yourself through the
Pair On service. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child
under 13, we will delete that information in accordance with COPPA and any other applicable
laws or regulations. Pair On reserves the right to exclude from the Platform any User who has
provided false data, without prejudice to other legal actions that may be taken. If you are a parent
or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with information without your
consent, please contact Pair On at info@pairon.co and we will take reasonable steps to ensure
that such information is deleted from our files.
G. ACCESSING OR CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
Users can access and update their information by signing into the Platform. To close their
account, Users must contact Pair On at info@pairon.co . Once an account is closed, Users will no
longer be able to sign in or access any of their personal information. However, Users have the
option to create a new account at any time. Please note that while the account will be closed, Pair
On may retain certain information related to the account for analytical or record-keeping
purposes.
H. HOW WE NOTIFY YOU OF CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Pair On reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes to how
we collect, use, or share your personal information, Pair On will notify Users using a method of
our choice. The effective date of the Privacy Policy and any amendments will be indicated in the
Privacy Policy itself. Unless otherwise specified, all changes will take effect immediately. Pair
On recommends periodically reviewing this Privacy Policy to stay informed about our policies
and practices. In some cases, such as when required by law, we will notify Users of an update by
sending an email or posting a notice on the Platform. IF USERS DO NOT AGREE WITH THE
CHANGES, THEY ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM. IN
SUCH CASE, USERS MUST CEASE ANY FURTHER USE. By continuing to use the Platform
after modifications to this Privacy Policy, Users explicitly agree to the changes.
I. “PUSH NOTIFICATIONS”
The Platform will prompt Users to accept notifications related to its functionality. Users are not
required to accept these notifications and declining them will not affect the Platform’s
performance. Pair On assures Users that these notifications do not contain personal or
confidential information and are not used for promotional or direct marketing purposes unless
Users explicitly consent to receive such notifications. Pair On will send a separate request for
Users’ consent for any commercial purposes.
J. LAWS AND REGULATIONS
At Pair On, we uphold consumer and User protection laws and regulations in accordance with
applicable federal and state guidelines. Pair On’s Privacy Policy adheres to various privacy laws
and regulations at both federal and state levels. We are currently compliant with these standards
and remain dedicated to ongoing compliance.
